The Hitter's Attention Theory is the culmination of a 10 year study on hitter's reactionary skills, visual skills and actual game swing skills in an 8,000 at bat experiment. Testing to see what speeds hitters could actually react to and what speeds they could not react to, lead to some amazing discoveries in the field of pitching. The Foreword is done by Tom House, a former Major League Pitcher and pitching coach and the founder of the National Pitching Association. This new system of understanding speed is being implemented at major universities, high schools and at the professional level.
